Reception Locations
Our Oceanfront Caribbean Conference Center boasts the Caribbean’s largest ballroom, as well as acres of flexible outdoor function space that is an ideal location for Caribbean resort weddings. Stunning architecture emphasizes a carefully planned layout, and the fully self-contained Puerto Rico banquet areas are secluded from the rest of the resort.
Indoor Options
For indoor options at the resort, the Oceanfront Conference Center spans 48,000 square feet and is adorned with "Old World" style lantern chandeliers and wrought iron candelabras. An ideal spot for romantic ceremonies, the 21,000-square-foot Rio Mar Ballroom is the "pride and joy" of the Oceanfront Conference Center. Accented with bold columns, intricately crafted crown moldings and palm imprinted walls, the ballroom creates an ambiance of elegance and attention to detail that characterizes the resort. And down the hall, the 6,500-square-foot Caribbean Ballroom has windows that frame the blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean.
Outdoor Options
For occasions beneath the sun or stars, the Ocean Terrace, Vista Verde Garden, Wedding Gazebo and La Playa Beach Event Area are available for the special celebration. Each area beckons brides-to-be with spectacular views of the resort's mile-long beach and the tranquil sound of waves meeting the shore. Surrounded by lush gardens and exotic flora, the Wedding Gazebo serves as a picture perfect place to exchange vows or celebrate with friends and family from sunset to sunrise. Adjoined to Las Brisas Patio, where a striking water fountain dares to distract from the breathtaking Caribbean backdrop, the Gazebo offers a seating capacity of up to 80 guests, as well as plenty of room for a crowd-pleasing musical trio.

In addition to the spectacular locations of the Rio Mar, Puerto Rico boasts a number of natural settings, which are beautiful choices to create an unforgettable affair.
