I would to extend my thanks and gratitude to the following individuals who assisted me in coordination of the Al Amaro and Wendy Sweet wedding and reception at the Rio Mar Beach Resort and Spa.
From the initial planning process, Brian Lewis Postle was courteous and professional. He participated in all the conference calls that I coordinated with Wendy and her parents to review and explain the wedding and room contract. He was always very efficient in answering any questions and concerns that Wendy and her parents had about the wedding, reception, and their guest rooms.
Inez was one of the best Conference Service Managers that I have ever worked with. She was very professional and efficient. It was her dedication and professionalism to this event that had every guest saying that this was the best wedding that they ever attended. I cannot find enough words to thank her for everything she did to make this event a great success. It was truly my privilege and honor to have worked with her to coordinate Al and Wendy’s wedding.
I was so amazed how much the staff cared about every single detail. I was very touched by their kindness and dedication in giving Al and Wendy their dream wedding. Thanks to all of you we exceeded Al and Wendy’s expectation and created an amazing event at a gorgeous resort! I was the Wedding Coordinator for the Cooper/Harris wedding that took place at your resort during the weekend of October 8 - 10, 2010. Mr. and Mrs. Harris were married on the beach that Sunday. To our delight we had a wonderful time and the services rendered were impeccable.
