First annual Taste of Rio Mar culinary weekend, November 1-3, 2019. Headlined by Top Chefs, the three-day event will feature appearances from renowned Puerto Rican chefs José Mendín, Jose Enrique, Maria Mercedes Grubb, Jorge Cátala, the resort’s executive chef Ramón Carrillo and top chef alum Jeff McInnis. Throughout the course of the weekend, the chefs will fuse their signature styles with the flavors of Puerto Rico for a unique culinary experience.

Starting at 8pm, enjoy a small tasting composed by our participating chefs, paired with esoteric, distinctly balanced wines and hand crafted local beers.

WINE LUNCHEON AFFAIR
At 12:30pm, we'll be venturing into a culinary journey matching up delightful wines with farm-to-table fresh creation during our wine luncheon affair.
As for our Dinner Rendez-vous at 7pm, indulge in the year's most memorable six course gala dinner, prepared by Puerto Rico's most influential award-winning chefs, paired with the only the finest wines produced.
