Making a reservation at The Vault is an effortless and refined experience. Kindly be aware that VIP admission offers access to exclusive sections with unobstructed views of the performances, ensuring an unparalleled experience. Upon confirming your reservation, our distinguished VIP promotions team will personally contact you to coordinate your table assignments and enhance your visit.

To help you fully enjoy the evening, here’s what you should know before and during your cabaret experience, from service protocols to show etiquette.

Culinary Service During Performances: In honor of our dancers and to maintain the immersive nature of the show, food service will be thoughtfully limited during the presentation. Beverage service will remain available with discreet elegance.

Intermission Ritual: At the close of the 8:00 PM performance, The Vault will observe a 15-minute intermission, allowing our team to refine the space in preparation for the 10:30 PM cabaret live performance. Please be advised that all patrons will be required to exit the premises in compliance with the established guidelines for the upcoming show.

Flash Photography: To ensure the safety of ourdancers, please be informed that flash photography is strictly prohibited during live performances. Furthermore, we will be conducting video recordings for marketing purposes. If you wish to opt for being included in internal video footage, kindly notify the VIP representative upon your arrival.

Please inform the VIP promotions team to provide alternative options. Reservations include a 15-minute grace period. After this time, we may offer the table to other waiting patrons. If you arrive late, you will be treated as a walk-in, and entry will be granted at the discretion of the door staff based on availability. In case of a no-show or late cancellation, a fee of $35 per person will be charged for each guest as outlined in our cancellation policy.

The Vault features two live entertainment experiences.

The Full Cabaret Show (Thursday–Saturday at 8:00 PM and 10:30 PM) is a one-hour, high-energy production blending sultry burlesque, contemporary Latin dance, and Caribbean rhythm in an immersive, provocative atmosphere.

Music Vignettes (Sunday–Wednesday at 8:00 PM, 9:15 PM, and 10:30 PM) offer a more relaxed evening of live music, featuring jazz, Latin melodies, Puerto Rican folk, reggae fusion, and acoustic performances by local artists in an intimate setting.

Seating is based on proximity to the stage, with admission pricing varying by show and seating area.

A seating map is available through our online reservation system, and exact table placement is assigned upon arrival. All tables are subject to ticket admissions which vary depending on the show and seating selection.
